Reach EAP and Workplace Solutions provides employee and workplace services to business, industry, governmental organizations, hospitals, school systems, transportation and utility companies coast-to-coast, but concentrated primarily in the eastern region of the United States . Reach has Service Centers located in several states, and a national network of affiliate practices. Reach has been in business since 1988.

Reach EAP and Workplace Solutions provides the highest level of professional and confidential EAP client services for employees and their family members. However, more than being an employee counseling and referral program, Reach is a workplace-focused firm, dedicated to reducing absenteeism, healthcare expenditures, personnel turnover, conflict among employees, employee grievances, and workers’ compensation expenses that can negatively impact the financial bottom line of the client organizations we serve. Effective workplace programs like Reach have demonstrated that employers can save $3 for every $1 invested in comprehensive EAP programs. Our training programs and on-site organizational assistance initiatives are tailored to each organization’s specific needs and provided by skilled trainers and workplace consultants.

Our Service Area

Reach is a multi-regional workplace support and employee assistance program with thorough service coverage for the mid-Atlantic region of the United States . There are Reach Service Centers and offices, augmented by our affiliate provider network, in Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia . Through our partnership with a network of EAP affiliate providers, the services of Reach extend nationwide to support our client organizations with multi-state worksites. Our National Call Center and our corporate headquarters are located in Virginia .
