Our affiliate partners are an
invaluable extension of the services of Reach EAP and Workplace Solutions
(Reach). When the clients we serve are "out of Reach," we rely on you to
deliver the same high quality, responsive, and professional services that we
expect of our Reach staff. Our goal in developing and maintaining our affiliate
provider network is to select licensed, experienced behavioral health
professionals who adhere to the same values and ethical practical practices
that we require of our own staff.
In order to make your job easier,
available to you at the bottom of this page are affiliate provider forms that
you can download and print. Also, in order to stay up-to-date on communication
from our Reach Affiliate Coordinator, periodically click on the "Affiliate
Provider Memo" button.

We welcome new affiliate partners who
wish to participate in our national network of professional behavioral health
providers. Qualifications include a current state license, a minimum of three
years of post-masters experience, knowledge and experience in the EAP field,
and proof of professional liability insurance. You will find our paperwork to
be minimal, our referral policy flexible, and our reimbursements prompt. If you
