The staff of REACH EAP & Workplace Solutions is comprised of behavioral health and workplace professionals who are experienced in providing the following Employee Assistance functions: mental health and substance abuse assessments and client services, interactive employee education seminars, skill-building supervisor training, and critical incident stress management assistance.
Our staff is also highly skilled in providing Workplace Solutions services that include executive coaching, leadership development, wellness program development, smoking cessation training, behavioral job interviewing, exit interviewing, and organizational development to enhance workforce performance.
Staff credentials include:
- Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP)
- PhD and Masters-level behavioral health licensure
- Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) certification
- Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certification
- Certification for providing Workplace Mediation services and Myers-Briggs Personality Temperament team-building training.
